Really good breakfast with a view of the city.
My stay came with disappointments. The reception staff were not very cute. I also found the noise from the street outside quite disturbing during the night, which negatively impacted my sleep. The room was somewhat smaller than expected, lacking comfort compared to what I had envisioned from the photos.

Nice service, I enjoyed local food.
The hotel had a great position, close to the funicular. The breakfast was freshly prepared and good and had variety of food. The staff were all courteous, pleasant. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Tbilisi.

Fairly clean hotel with nice staff and a reasonable value. Very specious rooms with extra bed! Stunning location, feet from a Georgian Orthodox church. Really had fairly nice stay during business trip.
A bit rude staff!

Oh, where to begin? First, the breakfast was colder than my ex's heart, and the one bathroom towel barely covered my dignity. I expect to be treated like royalty, yet was stuck with a room overlooking a crumbling mess with no bidet. I almost gave this place a decent review, but just couldn't.

Exceptionally comfortable place, I really enjoyed nice personnel.
Had central location close to the Old City. The room was fairly quiet and very specious with balcony, the breakfast was satisfactory!

great stay, but minor issues
The views from the terrace while having breakfast were amazing! The location was unbeatable too, just a short walk from major attractions. Staff members, particularly Gladina, were warm and accommodating, going above and beyond for our young families.
The bathroom lacked a bit of ventilation, which occasionally lead to a slight odor.
